How do I Order?

If you go to www.handmadecatering.com.au you will be able to place an order, we have an option for a one off order or a weekly subscription which keeps going until you end it so one less thing to worry about.

When do orders close?

Orders close 5pm each Sunday for the following week.

Do you charge for Delivery?

No. We like to give back to the community and this is a way we can support you all, We Deliver to Greenock, Angaston, Nuriootpa, Tanunda

When will my meals arrive?

Meals are delivered between 9-1 every Tuesday.

Can I pick up my meal?

If you would like to pick up your meal box please let us know.

What happens if I selected home delivery and I am not home?

Orders delivered to residential addresses will need either someone home or a cool bag left out, be prepared for your meal to be delivered anytime between 9-1 Hand Made catering accepts no responsibility for failed cooling and food spoilage.

What happens if I selected delivery to my workplace?

Orders delivered to workplaces will be delivered to the workplace reception area and it will be your responsibility to ensure they are put in the fridge, be prepared for your meals to be delivered anytime between 9-1on Tuesdays  Hand Made catering accepts no responsibility for failed cooling and food spoilage.

Do you cater for Food Allergy’s and dietaries?

Unfortunately, the weekly curated menu does allow for specific food allergies or dietaries at this time.

Are the meals for one or two people?

The meals are designed for one person as a single serve.

 

How do I heat the Meals?

Follow printed instructions in your meal box.

Can I reheat the Meals ?

No, after you heat do not reheat.

How long do the meals last for?

Refer to the date on the individual meal

Does the Menu change

There are three menus which rotate every three weeks.
